A key point, in the DEA's eyes, is that those are Medical Marijuana places, which apparently they are willing to turn a blind eye to.
Take away the absurd notion that they are medical, and the DEA will take issue with it.
All of this is so goddamned stupid; legalize all drugs and the positives outweigh the negatives.
