Sean Payton suspended, Saints fined for bounty program

Sean Payton gets one year suspension because his D coordinator sets this up, Belichick gets slap on the wrist for videotaping opponent defenses through three Super Bowl winning seasons. Seems fair.

Not defending Belichick's actions, but there's a huge difference between cheating and trying to injure opponents. Payton (if he was actually aware of this, and not just "it happened under his watch") should not be allowed to coach again. Really despicable.
